Jennifer L. Allen

Jennifer Allen, a native of Denton, Texas, earned her Juris Doctor from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2000. After taking time off to raise her two boys, she became an Orange County Magistrate. Four years later, Jennifer opened her own firm in the heart of Chapel Hill, and she continues to successfully represent clients while fully realizing her passion for helping people at all levels of litigation and legal need. Prior to her career as an attorney, Jennifer graduated with a Masters in Music from The Juilliard School in New York City. This led to a career as a professional musician, and Jennifer played the oboe in the New Orleans Symphony and the Dallas Opera Orchestra. Jennifer still freelances occasionally in the Triangle.
Jennifer is a member of the North Carolina State Bar, the Orange County Bar Association, and the North Carolina Bar Association, as well as the Susie Sharp Inn of Court. Jennifer was also among the attorneys named “Humanitarian of the Year” in 2014 by the North Carolina NAACP for their pro bono representation of Moral Monday arrestees in Wake County.
Linder J. Willeford
Attorney at Law
A Native North Carolinian, Linder graduated summa cum laude from North Carolina Central University with a bachelor’s degree in English Literature in 2013. He then enrolled in 2014 at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill School of Law to pursue his dream of becoming a defense attorney, receiving his Juris Doctor in 2017. While in law school, Linder was a staff writer and notes editor for the North Carolina Journal of Law and Technology, held a chair position on the UNC Law Conference of Race, Class, Gender, and Ethnicity in 2016 and 2017, and excelled in UNC Law’s clinical program, receiving the highest grade in the Youth Justice Clinic for the Spring 2017 semester.
Linder currently lives in Durham, NC with his wife Sara, their two children, Ian and Ava, and their dog Bella. When not zealously advocating on behalf of his clients, Linder enjoys volunteering his time to coach youth sports.
C. Gaby Castro

Gaby Alvarez was born in Mexico City, Mexico but was raised in Durham, NC. Gaby’s first experience with Jennifer Allen Law, PLLC was as a client. In August of 2015 she joined Jennifer Allen Law, PLLC and started her career
path as a legal assistant. Gaby is also a certified Notary Public.
Being fluent in both Spanish and English, Gaby loves being able to assist and help clients in any way possible. In her spare time, Gaby enjoys playing soccer in a small women’s league. Family and friends are a blessing in her life.
